Payment
Payment for vehicle hire must be made by an acceptable debit or credit card
All prices stated inc VAT at the standard rate
Driving Licence
You must have held a full UK driving license for more than 3 years, drivers must be aged between 25 and 75 to drive a large van and 25 and 75 to drive a Luton box van or larger
Documents Required
Driving Licence and 2 recent utility bills to verify your address
A full list of acceptable Id is displayed at the bottom of this page
Deposit
A refundable Security deposit of £500.00 will be taken/pre-authorised prior to the vehicle being hired out. The deposit will be refunded once the vehicle check-in has been completed by a member of staff. Deposit or part of may be retained for any damage, cleaning, loss of parts, fuel or late returns.
All deposits will be returned to the original credit or debit card used
Insurance
All of our hire vehicles come with fully comprehensive insurance. £500 excess is payable by hirer in any single incident
This insurance will not cover windscreen, glass or tyres
Breakdown Cover
All of our hire vehicles come with 24 hr breakdown recovery
Fuel
All hire Vehicles should be returned with the same amount of fuel as when collected. If a vehicle is not returned with the same amount of fuel as when collected then this will be charged at £25 per 1/4 tank
Rates
The current rates and charges displayed on our website or other promotional material include insurance and breakdown cover and unlimited mileage. The rates do not include fuel usage
Extending Hire
Van hire can be extended by contacting our sales office as soon as possible to ensure adequate insurance is in place

Acceptable evidence is shown in the following tables; you only need one item from table one and two items from table two. We can only accept original documents.

Current UK Full Photocard Driving Licence and Convictions Verification Page from the DVLA Database
Current EU member state National ID Photocard and driving licence

A credit card statement, dated within the last 3 months
A notification letter from Benefits Agency/Local Authority confirming your right to benefits(Department for Works and Pensions, Jobcentre Plus, Benefits Agency or Veterans Agency), dated within the last 3 months
Bank, Building Society, Credit Union statement, Credit or debit card statment dated within the last 3 months
Council Tax bill (valid for the current financial year)
Current Tenancy Agreement, from a local council or a recognised letting agency
HMRC document (PAYE Coding Notice/Tax Notification/Self-Assessment/Statement of Account/NI contributions bill) issued in the last 3 months or valid for the current tax year - we can’t accept P45 or P60 forms
Mortgage statement from a recognised lender, dated within the last 3 months
Sky or cable TV bills, dated within the last 3 months
Telephone bill, dated within the last 3 months - we can’t accept mobile phone bills
Utility bill - gas, electricity or water, dated within the last 3 months
Visitors from outside of the UK will need to confirm their temporary address here in the UK
